ABS PRODUCT RANGE
We offer a wide variety of Refractories from fireclay shapes and high Alumina bricks (36 to 95%Al2O3 ), Mullite and Alumina Zircon bricks to the entire range of Monolithics i.e. high cement, low cement , ultra low cement, no cement and self flow castables, confirming to ASTM, DIN, GOST and ISI specification .

The other products are plastic Refractories, Insulation Castable, Insulation bricks Refractory bed support, chrome setting and air or heat setting Mortars, High Alumina Ramming masses and Magnesite bases Ramming and Gunning mass.

Our products are suitable for construction of Boiler furnaces operated at high temperature. It is also suitable for bricks laying in steel ladles in ordinance factory, steel plants, and in the laying of glass tanks. Various area’s of Cyclones and Rotary kiln of Cement and Sponge Iron plants, side wall and bottom of Alumina baking furnace and alloy steel plants (using Electric Arc furnace). They are also used to line critical service area’s requiring Refractories of both quality and performance, as in the Integrated Steel plants like the blast furnace trough areas.) Refractories for all above applications are of high quality, having superior high Temperature properties with high Thermal and Mechanical shock Resistance, high resistance to slag and alkali altack.

Our customer base spreads over wide area in critical manufacture unit of core Industries. We are meeting the requirement of Power Plants, Cement, Sponge Iron (Orissa) , Glass, Alumina,(Balco, Korba) Fertilizer, Chemical Petrochemical, Ordinance factories., and large integrated steel plants like SAIL plants TISCO etc.
